I. Plastic moulds are generally divided into (injection moulds).
1. Two-plate mold (i.e. large spout mold)
2. Three plate mold (i.e. small spout mold, fine spout, simplified type fine spout)
3.Hot runner mold
In the mold design, according to the customer's requirements and the way the product is fed into the glue to determine the use of two-plate mold or three-plate mold.
II. Injection mold seven systems: casting system, guiding system, molding system, core extraction system, ejector system, cooling system, exhaust system.
1. pouring system: main flow channel, manifold, gate, cold material well.
2. Guiding system: guide pillar, guide bush, positioning block, etc.
3. molding system: mold kernel, inserts, etc.
4. Core extraction system: slider (line position), inclined pin (inclined top), etc..
5. Ejector system: ejector pin, ejector block, etc..
6. Cooling system: cooling of the mold itself, water cooling.
7. Exhaust system: the mold inserts with the gap, ejector pin with the gap, plus the exhaust slot.
III. Casting system: 2107189055
Flow divider: the place where the plastic flows to different cavities separately.
Main runner: The place where the plastic enters the mold from the beginning of the molding machine and flows into the mold.
Gate: The last place where the plastic flows before reaching the cavity.
Cold material well: The place where the plastic flows through the main runner, manifold and mold to transfer heat and solidify, and where the solidified material is stored before entering the cavity.

From zero base to mold design elite, UG, CAD design standard, HASCO, DME design, from zero base to mold design elite, teaching examples completely from the factory, focusing on CAD software, UG software, grouping diagrams, full 3D sub-mold, classic structure (automotive mold, threaded mold, stacked mold, two-color mold, flip-flop mold, oblique top out ejector structure, line out of the top structure, arc line, etc.), daily network classes do not affect the current work.
