Handling method.
(1): Bad amplification board. Use a multimeter to measure whether there is current through, repair the amplifier board.
(2): The relief valve is stuck. Remove the relief valve to check and clean the relief valve.
Treatment method.
(1): Bad quality of oil suction pipe. Remove the screen to check if it is deformed. Whether the oil suction tube is layered. Replace the oil pipe and filter.
(2): The strainer is not clean. Are there too many impurities in the hydraulic oil? Clean the strainer.
(3): Oil pump wear: Check the oil pump distribution plate and rotor end face. Replace the oil pump.
Causes.
(1): Poor lubrication conditions. The "stall-slide-stall" occurs. Increase the amount of lubrication.
(2): The system is immersed in air. Need to exhaust.
(3): Mechanical rigidity causes. Parts are worn and deformed, causing crawling due to changes in friction. Replace the parts.
Causes oil contamination.
(1): The oil is mixed with air. Main feast due to pipe joints, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and other dense bad. Performance in the oil tank with air bubbles.
(2): The oil is mixed with water. It will make the oil milky white. The main feast causes cooler leakage.
(3): The oil is mixed with solid impurities. Mainly chips, welding slag, rust flakes, and metal powder.
(4): The oil produces gum-like material. The main feast is the seals by the oil corrosion or oil degradation, so that the oil gel-like substances, such gel-like substances often make small hole blockage.
Treatment methods.
(1): Poor proportional linearity, poor adjustment of the opening and closing time position, check the amplification plate slope up and down, adjust the amplification plate slope up and down, and
Adjust the time appropriately.
(2): Poor lubrication of mold locking machine hinge, check the lubrication of Golin column, second plate slide foot, and machine hinge, increase lubrication.
(3): Mold clamping force is too large, check the clamping force when the mold is under pressure, depending on the user's product situation to reduce the clamping force.
(4): Deviation of parallelism of the head and second plate, check the parallelism of the head and second plate. Adjust the parallelism error of the second plate and head plate.
(5): Slow-speed to fast mold opening position is too small, the speed is too fast. Check whether the slow to fast mold opening position is appropriate and whether the slow mold opening speed is too fast. Lengthen the slow mold opening position and reduce the slow mold opening speed.
Processing method.
(1): bad ejector board, check whether the line is normal, normal voltage DV24V. repair the ejector board.
(2): line broken, check the switch connection line and I/O board connection line comprehensively. Check the line and rewire.
Processing method.
(1): The ejector limit switch is bad, check the DC24V line with a multimeter. Replace the ejector limit switch.
(2): Card valve, use the hexagonal key to press the ejector spool whether it can be moved, clean the pressure valve.
(3): The ejector needle limit rod is broken, take out the limit rod by hand after stopping and replace the limit rod.
(4): ejector switch short-circuits, check the ejector switch with a multimeter to ground 0 voltage, replace the ejector switch.
Processing method.
(1): mold opening valve leakage, manually hit the injection table after the observation of the second plate backward fast, replace the mold opening valve.
(2): improper adjustment of the amplification plate ramp up and down, check the amplification ramp time is long, readjust the amplification plate ramp time.
Processing method.
(1): The limit switch exceeds the limit, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate, adjust the appropriate mold thickness.
(2): The hydraulic limit exceeds the stroke, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate, and adjust the mold forward appropriately.
Processing method.
(1): A, B hole is not properly adjusted, set the system flow 20, pressure 99, observe whether the clamping action crawl, readjust.
(2): There is air in the oil circuit, listen to the sound of air in the oil circuit, the need to exhaust.
(3): improper adjustment of the amplification plate tilt-up and tilt-down, observe whether the current value of the ammeter is consistent with the rate of change of lift, adjust the amplification plate.
Processing method.
(1): connected to the wrong line, check whether there is 24VDC to the valve, check the line and wiring.
(2): The valve is stuck or installed the wrong spool, check whether the spool is installed wrong, or blocked, re-install the spool, or clean.
Processing method.
(1): Oil plate leakage, check or replace the special fast clamping valve, replace the oil plate.
(2): mold opening valve leakage, open the oil pump clamping termination, according to the injection table or injection rubber action, whether the second plate backward, replace the oil valve to open the mold.
Treatment.
For the internal leakage of the solenoid valve, check whether the solenoid valve is "O" type, model 4WE6E or 0810092101, replace the solenoid valve.
Processing methods.
(1): the second plate guide and Colin column wear large, check the second plate guide and Colin column, replace the second plate copper sleeve, Colin column, fill with lubricant.
(2): improper adjustment of open clamping speed pressure, set the flow 20, pressure 99 when the clamping two plates should not crawl, adjust the flow proportional valve hole, or pilot valve hole, adjust the proportional valve linear current value.
(3): air in the pipe and cylinder, exhaust.
Treatment methods.
(1): check whether the lubricating oil tube is broken, or no lubricating oil to the machine strand, reconnect the oil tube.
(2): small amount of lubricating oil, increase the amount of lubricating oil, it is recommended that 50 mold oiling once.
(3): clamping force is large, check whether the mold needs large clamping force, adjust the clamping force lower.
(4): Current adjustment is messed up, check whether the current parameters meet the acceptable standard, readjust the current value.
(5): Parallelism exceeds the standard, check whether the parallelism of the head two plates is greater than the acceptance standard with a percentage table; adjust the parallelism.
Treatment method.
(1): Check the safety gate before the travel switch. And repair.
(2): Check the 24V5A power supply, change the insurance and power box.
(3): Check whether the valve spool is stuck, and clean the spool.
(4): Check whether the I/O board has the output and whether the solenoid valve is charged.
(5): Check whether the hydraulic safety switch is pressed closed.
Processing method.
(1): The mechanical level and parallelism are over-poor. Check with a level meter angle ruler. Adjust the parallelism and level.
(2): The gap between the platen and the mold adjustment fillet is too small. Measure with a stopper. Adjust the gap between the platen and the nut, and the gap between the mold adjusting nut and the platen (gap ≤ 0.05mm).
(3): Burn the nut: check whether the nut can turn. Replace the nut.
(4): Adjust the upper and lower support plates. Dismantle the support plate lock nut to check. Adjust the upper and lower support plates.
(5): I/O board is bad. Check if there is a signal at the output point on the computer page. Repair the electronic board.
(6): Stuck spool of die adjustment valve. Remove the valve and check. Clean the valve.
(7): Bad mold adjusting motor: Check the oil motor. Replace or repair the oil motor.
1. in the design, to avoid sharp changes in shaft diameter, at the step or retreat groove, try to use a large rounded transition, choose better overall performance materials, special treatment both to solve the thread surface hardness (to wear-resistant) and to try to reduce the surface stress concentration, to improve the surface finish, to minimize stress damage.
2. To ensure the accuracy of the tightening work, especially the length of the connecting rod, the height of the bearing seat, the accuracy of the crosshead, the positioning accuracy of the bearing seat in the template, etc.
3. To pay special attention to the assembly or after the removal of the mold adjusting nut, must be better the length of the four support rods, the spacing between its mold adjusting nut and the rear template should also be adjusted.
4. Analyze the reason when the product produces flying edge, do not unilaterally increase the clamping force, if the mold is found to be uneven it should be ground flat, such as uneven length of the connecting rod should be corrected, including the pad of copper, paper, etc. Or correct the mold adjusting nut.
The above solutions can only play a role, may not be able to solve from the root, and some measures will increase the manufacturing costs, such as increasing the diameter of the tie rod, the use of good materials, etc., so to some extent depends on the manufacturer's trade-offs. The use of a fully hydraulic die closure structure is a better choice to solve the broken tie rod. However, because the traditional hydraulic type also has slow speed, energy consumption, and other problems, so manufacturers weighed, small and medium-sized machine of the elbow bar type is still the main, until the emergence of the second plate type, only from the fundamental solution.
