A). Preparation work before baking
1). Clean up the drying room

B). Packing drying
1). Temperature adjustment
Refer to the "plastic raw material drying temperature reference table" combined with actual experience, adjust the electronic temperature control instrument as appropriate, so that the bimetal thermometer response temperature and the actual temperature match.
2). Air volume adjustment
The adjustment of the air volume has a great relationship with the drying effect, generally, the best effect when all open, such as in the case of barrel memory material is not much or need a higher temperature, you can adjust the air volume as appropriate to reduce the heat loss, otherwise can not achieve the expected drying effect.
3). Raw material filling the barrel
Raw material filling, to ensure that "full barrel", that is, the number of raw materials in the barrel fill not less than 70% of the total amount of material, so as to avoid uneven drying effect or make the drying time too long.
4). Drying of transparent raw materials
Transparent material drying must be in the air inlet device air filter "original sponge", etc., to prevent the entry of dust into the air.
IV. Dryer maintenance and maintenance
1). The air inlet filter should be cleaned frequently, when the filter is blocked, the air inlet volume will be reduced, which will affect the drying effect.
2). In the drying process, the powder material falls into the hopper. Heating cylinder, day after day silt accumulation, so you need to regularly remove (especially for a long time without changing the material. Not changing the color of the dryer is very necessary).
3). If the temperature is too high, raw materials in the guard screen lump, raw materials can not fall, at this time it is strictly prohibited to use iron bars and other hard objects scraping, to protect the screen hole separator damage, should be the material bucket first decomposition, remove the proper treatment.
4). Ten minutes after closing the electric heat, and then close the fan to ensure that the electric cylinder is fully cooled to extend its service life.
5). In the drying process, you must often inspect the working condition of the dryer, if there is an abnormality should immediately stop for refurbishment, to be opened and used again after the fault is removed.
