The structure design of the mold

A high-quality mold set, not only need fine processing equipment and skilled mold manufacturing workers, but also a very important factor is to have a good mold design, especially for complex molds, the good or bad design accounts for more than 80% of the mold quality. An excellent mold design is: to make the processing cost lower, the processing difficulty lower, and the processing time shorter under the premise of meeting the requirements of customers.

To do this, it is not only necessary to fully digest the requirements of the guests, but also to have a certain understanding of the injection molding machine, mold structure, processing technology, and the mold factory's processing capability.

Three, determine the mold material and choose standard parts

When choosing the mold material, besides considering the precision and quality of the product, it should also combine with the actual processing ability and heat treatment ability of the mold factory to make the right choice. Fourth, parts processing and mold assembly
